Psychoanalysis in English
If you are interested in psychoanalysis, On this page, you’ll find some basic information that will help you get oriented.

I offer psychoanalysis sessions online in three different languages; arabic as my native language, in addition to English and Spanish.

I offer psychoanalysis and psychotherapy sessions to adults.

The fundamental principle of psychoanalysis lies in speaking freely and saying whatever comes to mind, without reservation or censorship. Speech unfolds during the sessions. When we speak, something speaks through us — an unconscious dimension that makes itself heard through words, memories, dreams, fantasies, slips of speech, and even through the body.

There are many reasons why someone might choose to see a psychoanalyst. There are no “good” or “bad” reasons to begin. You may be facing an unexpected life situation that feels difficult to cope with — such as separation, bereavement, illness, or professional change — or you may be struggling with troubling feelings like sadness, anxiety, anger, or a persistent sense of dissatisfaction. Rather than offering ready-made answers or advice, psychoanalysis provides a confidential and non-judgmental space where you can be heard without preconceptions and learn to listen to yourself.

In the analytic work, the analysand speaks while the analyst listens. Something happens during this elaboration, and at a certain time, this work brings about a significant shift in perspective – a transformation in their subjective position of the analysand.
